How To Collect Your Airport Car Rental

• Once you have booked your vehicle online, you will receive an email with a voucher from the car rental agent.
• Your booking confirmation provides instructions of how to locate the rental desk at Los Cabos - Int. Airport. Some larger airports operate a free shuttle to the car rental agent from the airport.
• Please inform the rental agent in advance of you flight number in case of delays to your flight.
• Most airport car rental desks are open on a 24-hour basis for your convenience.
• Additional Airport fees are usually included in the price of the rental.

Documents You Should Bring

You are required to bring certain documents to the Airport Rental Desk in order to pick-up your car. The rental voucher that you received by email as part of your booking confirmation contains details of all documents required. They include:

• Credit Card in the name of the leading driver. Credit cards accepted for pick-up include MasterCard, Visa and in most cases American Express.
• Driving Licence. Please note that only a full licence held for a minimum of 1 year and with no major endorsements will be accepted. Read more about driving licence requirements.
• Rental Voucher. This will be sent to you within 48 hours of making your booking, and this must be printed out.
• Any other forms of identification as requested by the car rental agent in their terms and conditions. Details can be found on your rental voucher.
