How this service works
With Bingo Car Rental you just need to fill out the Search Form (with details of your rental dates, pickup location, driver's age etc) and hit the "Search Now" button.Our powerful search engine will present all relevant and cheapest car deals in the location you requested. You just need to select a car and add your payment information. Once your payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Later, you will recieve further email with your rental voucher, which includes all all the information you need - car rental agency, specific pickup location and more.

Can you book the car for me?
No, sorry. You must book the car yourself. The process is very easy as detailed above.
Can you rent me a car that is not listed in search result page?
No, sorry. What you see after you performed a search is what's available for rental. We can not find you other cars.
I need a specific car and model and don't want any similar cars. Can you make sure I get the car I specify.
No, sorry. Car rental agencies retain the right to offer similar cars when a specific model is not available.
Can I book a car with a driver through your service?
No, sorry. All the cars are rented on a self-drive basis.
How do I know from which car rental company I will rent the car?
In the confirmation email received after you made your booking, you will see the car rental information including the “Agent Details”- name of agency, telephone number and exact address.
What documents must I present when hiring the car?
You must bring several documents in order to hire the car:

Print your Voucher and “Terms of Service” pages

Valid Driving License, with following conditions:

Minimum 1 year with no major endorsements

UK License holders must present both the photo card and its paper counterpart at the time of rental

License should be in Roman Alphabet. If not, bring an an international Driver's License together with your original domestic license

A credit card in the name of main driver (payment can usually be made with a debit card, but a credit card is required to release the vehicle)

Photo ID other than Driving License (usually Passport or State ID card).
Are there limitations on the mileage?
You just need to click on “Rate Details” that appears on every car for rental. Details of any limitations will be included there.
Where can I find the exact pickup location address?
In your rental voucher, emailed to you after your car rental booking is comfirmed, you will see the exact address of the pickup location. Specific directions may be included.
What is your cancellation policy?
Part-paid Rentals
(when the booking deposit has been paid online and the balance is due on arrival at the rental desk):
If you cancel within 7 days from booking date, and more than 48 hours before pickup time, your payment will be fully reimbursed.
If you cancel after 7 days from the booking date, yet more than 48 hours before pickup time, you will pay a cancellation fee (25 EUR) and card processing fee (when applicable). You will be reimbursed the remainder of your payment.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before pickup time, your payment will not be reimbursed.
Prepaid Rentals
(when the entire rental amount has been prepaid):
For cancellations more than 48 hours before the pickup time, the same conditions apply as with part-paid rentals. For bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the pickup time however, we will retain payment for 3 days rental and a card processing fee (where applicable).
Post-paid Rentals
(when the entire rental amount is due on arrival at the rental desk):
No cancellation fee.
In the event that you cancel or amend a credit/debit card booking Bingo Car Rental will not be liable for any monetary losses suffered by you as a result of a change in monetary exchange rates between the time of your original booking and its subsequent cancellation or amendment (as applicable).
Rates
I want to have a GPS Navigation System. Can you provide that?
Yes. After choosing the car you would like to hire, click on it and you can choose to add a navigation system, usually at an additional cost.
Does the total rental rate displayed include unlimited milage/kms?
You just need to click on the "Rate Details” on each car to see whether the rate includes unlimited milage.
Do I receive a discount for hiring a car for a long period?
We offer competitive prices for all our cars and for all rental periods.

How do I know if the car we want is sufficient for luggage and passengers?
For every car for hire you will see symbols that indicate how many passengers and how much luggage it can accommodate. Click on “Vehicle Details” for more information.
Do you have any motorhome for rent?
Not at this time.
